When it comes to skiing trips, Serfaus has everything you could wish for, while Haus Lenz enjoys a central location right next to the village underground station (a great service for regulating the traffic).

Tyrol’s Skidimension Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis offers guaranteed snow, more days’ sunshine than average, 187 kilometres of slopes with special carving and high-speed runs, the Flight & Cross Park and lifts so you won’t have to wait around.

Children will also love spending their winter holidays with us. They will be well looked after and entertained with skiing lessons at the Kinderschneealm on Komperdell up at 2,000 m, in Murmlipark in the village (right near Haus Lenz) or, from the age of 3 months, in the Murmliklub.

As member of the Tyrolean Cross-Country Skiing Specialists and recipient of the Seal of Quality for the excellence of its trails, the region offers top conditions for cross-country skiers. The 132 km network of varied cross-country skiing trails winds its way through the glittering winter landscape of Serfaus and the surrounding area. Special lift tickets are available for cross-country skiers, enabling you to reach the high-altitude tracks cheaply and conveniently, while the “Nordic Points” offer changing rooms and showers for day visitors.

It’s easy to enjoy life in Serfaus with open space as far as the eye can see and endless opportunities to explore the Samnaun mountains.

You can get as much exercise as you like – on family hikes between mountain huts in stunning scenery, challenging tours up the 3,000 m-high peaks and interesting themed tours.

Mountain bikers will find top conditions for training on high-altitude terrain and in magical surroundings.
