LOCATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE
Haus Lenz enjoys a central location in Serfaus. The village infrastructure offers everything you need for day-to-day life, including grocery stores, a bakery and other shops. There are also some pleasant cafés, good restaurants and pubs where you can while away the evenings.
Serfaus also boasts the world’s second shortest underground system. Haus Lenz is right opposite the “Kirche” station (church). Thanks to its underground service, Serfaus has a pedestrian zone, but is still easy to get around.
You can enjoy a peaceful yet convenient stay with us within easy reach of the ski lifts. The village underground is free of charge.
When you check in, you may drive to your apartment by car. You can also choose to park in the village car park at the underground station.

Haus Lenz is bright, friendly and spacious. The interior design is based on a cosy combination of attractive colours and wooden elements in a tasteful, rustic Tyrolean style.
Stay in a comfortable apartment where you can be independent and have plenty of room to call your own.
To help protect the environment, some of our energy is produced by solar cells.
That’s no problem if you live on a sunny plateau!
To relax even more – without any extra costs or effort – and unwind after a long day on the slopes, you are welcome to try our health suite and sauna.
There is nothing more calming than taking time out and giving your body the attention and tranquillity it deserves. In winter, our suite is open on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm.
A playroom is provided for our younger guests with a climbing wall, fun games, a drawing table, picture books, toys, a garden to play in, colourful building blocks and – most importantly of all – a PlayStation.
You can store all your sports equipment in our ski storage room, which also has a boot dryer.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED – FOR SPORTS AND LEISURE
If you need any sports equipment, there’s an easy solution.
We run the sports equipment and sportswear store "Sportartikel- & Modegeschäft Lenz" on the ground floor of Haus Lenz.
Skiverleih Lenz: In winter, we also hire out skiing and tobogganing equipment.
